We are building a library of educational and training programs that can be delivered via email. Each email is a small step towards completion of a program. Within each email is our virtual coach, offering you options to continue taking single steps towards your goal of completion. Taking a small step forward as part of each email lesson helps you achieve your goal of program completion. This is our mission: "Take Small Steps to Big Results."
Have you ever heard the adage “How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time”. Small Steps to Big Results (SS2BR) is a web based tool that helps solve the educational and training problem by delivering learning material through emails or the web in small five to ten minute time increments with a personal accountability tool, our virtual coach, that helps you hold yourself accountable to completion. If, for any reason, you fall behind in the series of lessons our virtual coach can coax you back on track. Studies have shown that many people are willing to start an educational or training program, but fully 87% experience issues with completion. To help bridge this gap, our virtual coach can gently guide you towards staying with the program and finishing.
Our model allows for existing content owners to use our wizard template and to parse their content into small lessons (usually requiring no more than five to ten minutes of the subscriber’s time). However, we also provide program owners an accountability methodology that allows them to customize responses to non-compliance from the subscriber. In other words, the virtual coach can:
•Remind the subscriber that a lesson has not been completed and then resend the lesson.
•Expand on concepts included in the lesson to help the subscriber with potentially confusing issues.
•Notify a trainer that the subscriber is having issues and may need individual attention.
•Any combination of the above, or as specified by the program owner.
The number of virtual coaching steps is unlimited and is defined by the program owner when the program is created. Our surveyed content owners indicate that if the subscribers could just complete the results, they would see results. This is the goal for everyone: subscriber completion = results. The SS2BR model works for almost any type of training or educational material. Programs will be available from professional speakers, coaches and businesses.
